WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept Debit/Credit, Paypal & Sezzle

PRINT-ON-DEMAND (POD) POLICY

If you choose to use our POD service, we will never share or sell any file uploaded to us for printing.

We do not keep or sell any fabric printed with our POD service on our website or in our group. If there is an overprint, the customer will receive the extra fabric at no charge. If the print comes flawed, the customer will receive the flawed fabric and

it will be reordered at no additional charge. 

SEW ALONG PANELS

Our Sew Along Panels are not allowed to be used for anything other than it's intended sew along. It is against our terms of use by tracing or copying any sew along pieces or use the pattern to make a different bag.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns are accepted only in the case of wrong product, misprints, or shipping-related damage. K&A Custom Fabrics will provide full reimbursement for the order plus shipping costs in these situations only. Refunds for other reasons will be given on a case-by-case basis and may or may not include shipping costs. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ACCIDENTALLY ORDERING PREORDER INSTEAD OF RETAIL.

Combo/Split Orders & Order Modifications

 

WE DO NOT COMBINE OR SPLIT ORDERS. 

Once an order is placed on our website, we do not have the ability to add or change the order. You can either place an additional order or you can request your order to be cancelled and place one order that includes everything. We apologize for any inconvenience, but to ensure orders are properly fulfilled by our fulfillment team, no combo/split orders can be accommodated at this time.

We reserve the right to deny someone's business at any time, for any reason, (including but not limited to canceling & refunding previously placed orders), as well as removing, blocking or banning from social media platforms and shopping capabilities. 

Shipping

K&A ships via USPS & UPS to our customers. Special shipping (FedEx/UPS) requests can be sent to kacustomfabrics@gmail.com

**DISCLAIMER: VINYL CANNOT BE FOLDED AND REQUIRES SPECIAL SHIPPING. ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS MAY BE REQUIRED, AND YOU WILL BE INVOICED ACCORDINGLY!

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We have worked out shipping for some of our most ordered international countries. If your shipping still shows as free, we will invoice you separately for shipping. Nonpayment will cause delays on shipping of the order and K&A Custom Fabrics & Hardware will not be responsible for any delays. 

Turnaround time (TAT) is defined as days between payment completion (or end of preorder period) and order delivery to mail carrier. We cannot guarantee transit times or delays.

Turnaround time (TAT) for PRE-ORDER product is 6-10 weeks from the end of each pre-order period.
